Shipping policy

Products manufactured and sold by Icky Concepts LLC may ship via USPS, UPS, SAIA LTL or other Freight Company, or other methods to be decided by the sole discretion of Icky Concepts LLC. Not all services are available for all products, and not all services will be able to deliver to home ship-to addresses provided when ordering. Shipping charges and any additional duties or fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be pre-paid prior to shipment. Some orders must be sent freight due to the dimensions and/or weight of products. If a freight shipment needs to be delivered to a specific address via SAIA, or similar, additional fees my apply such as but not limited to: residential surcharges, lift gate charges, or call-before-delivery surcharges, or storage surcharges if the customer is unavailable to accept delivery. These additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Any shipping damages incurred shall be the responsibility of the customer once a shipment is signed for. DO NOT sign for a damaged shipment! All orders sent from Icky Concepts LLC are insured, however each shipping company has different terms for processing damaged goods claims and signing for a shipment means you are accepting the goods in the condition received leaving little to no method of recourse for replacement or insurance reimbursement. The shipping company who delivered your order should be contacted immediately or within 24 hours maximum of receiving your shipment if you find hidden damage.

Powder coated items may receive minor nicks, scratches, or bumps during shipping and handling. We take every precaution possible to package our shipments to prevent these damages, though sometimes they do occur, and the shipping companies do not reimburse for minor cosmetic damage, nor will Icky Concepts LLC. Powder coated products can easily be touched up with Rustoleum spray can bed liner, or similar matte finish paint if a scratch is to bare metal.
